Now that only a handful of wells fracked after July 31st, 2023 are missing required Form 46A chemical disclosures at the ECMC, It’s tempting to say that operators are in compliance with the 2022 disclosure rules. The truth is that 70% of the chemical disclosures filed by Colorado oil & gas operators have been late, by as much as a year or more.
